We’re a small team running a fast-growth start-up, operating remotely and from an office in London. Our team are experts in their field - our CEO has founded their own successful beverage brand, our CMO has worked with household-name brands including Pukka Tea & Estee Lauder, and our new Head of Social has grown social audiences by over 200,000 followers.

This internship will give you invaluable experience in Customer Research techniques and the tangible difference 5-star Customer Experience makes for brands.

You’ll predominantly assist on the following projects:

Customer research - Supporting with and eventually running customer interviews and analysing the results.

Customer experience - deliver exceptional customer experience on all channels - email / social / phone. Assisting on implementing new processes to improve customer experience.

Community management - assisting with and improving processes for managing our community

Product marketing - assisting with product research, competitor analysis and NPD.

Your week will have a clear schedule of tasks,and whilst you’ll have our full support and daily check-ins, you’ll be a self-starter and competently manage your tasks. This internship will give you exposure across the business and first-hand experience in helping manage key process improvements.

Your experience & attributes:

At least 2 years customer service experience

Positive, confident & communicative individual who shows initiative and is confident in dealing with clients;

Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills and attention to detail

A genuine love of dogs

The role:

Starting: Immediately

Monday - Friday

Part-time - flexible hours [to be agreed after interview]

Initial contract - 8 weeks [potential to extend]

Remote-based, UK
