With over a decades experience managing omni-channel, new market, I’ve a track-record of go-to-market strategy success. I love to form, lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams for maximum impact and efficiency, making every stakeholders involvement more enjoyable during what can be some of the most challenging times of a brands growth,. With projects spanning 13 EMEA countries, including key markets such as the UK, Germany, France, Spain, I have first-hand insight not only into building the right international marketing operations, but also the acute and nuanced differences in each countries consumer. I’m a commercially-minded marketeer with an extensive network of top-tier agencies and talent - the ideal support for brands aiming to accelerate their growth in new and existing markets.

Social success for
Just Spices UK

Joining as Interim Country Manager immeiately after acqusition by Kraft Heinz, I managed the UK P&L and marketing plan from pre-launch. Working across all business areas, but none so closely as with our marketeers. Ensuring strong collaboration between social, influencer, events and performance teams, we were able to deliver and amplify high quality content that grew a large audience and mass awareness, fast - directly resulting in revenue and reaching our target AOV.

Leading the UK to make Edgard & Cooper top dog

Heading up UK Marketing for Edgard & Cooper, I successfully showed Sainsbury’s we had what it took to gain and grow our 1st UK grocery listing, whilst concurrently growing our DTC and online channels. In a short time we quadrupled our success across all KPI’s at Crufts, implemented an intensive summer sampling schedule and comprehensive shopper plans.

Also tasked with overhauling our approach to social and content for all markets, I brought Small Fry aboard to create a new startegy whilst working myself on implementing the right processes for delivery. E&C’s social following quickly grew and now maintains the highest engagement across pet brands in Europe.
